Shipping 

I aim to pack and ship all orders within five working days. Once dispatched, most UK deliveries arrive within two working days. If you require an item by a specific date, please contact me prior to placing your order. Express shipping may be available for an additional charge.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of the item and the delivery destination and will be added at checkout.

International shipping is available. If you are outside the UK and wish to make a purchase, please contact me. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, depending on the destination country.

Return

I truly hope you enjoy your artwork as much as I enjoyed creating it. However, if the piece is not as you expected, please contact me within seven days of receiving your order. Once a return is agreed upon, the item must be carefully re-packaged and returned using the same shipping service originally used. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

After the item has been safely received, a refund will be issued within 14 days, excluding original shipping costs, PayPal or credit card processing fees, and any applicable taxes.

All pieces are carefully packed and wrapped before shipping. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during transit, please keep photographic evidence and contact me within seven days of delivery.
